On March 20 of 2011, the first students studying a degree in Mining and Environment prepared by the Caribbean University and accompanied by the Mining chamber of Panama, made a tour of the Molejon Mining project with the purpose of touring the facilities and learning the mining process developed in Petaquilla Gold, S.A. and at the same time to share the different points of view and knowledge.

Young specialized in different areas, observed each one of the process used for the extraction of mineral, they also obtained a great deal of information on behalf of the engineer Rafael Eysseric and Engineer Leonel Silva, who explained all in relation to the project, from its operation to its commitments to the community.

The tour of the Project was lead by the Engineer Antonio Sanches of the group of preventors of the Molejon Project of Petaquilla Gold.
