What is a Family tree?

Family trees represent the origin of people. In this type of organized information, several branches can extend from a person to their direct kinship, i.e. parents, siblings, children and grandchildren successively. It is closely linked to the field of genealogy. Today there are families who have a family tree composed of thousands of people which can even go back to several centuries in the past.

Family trees are usually are presented with the oldest generations at the top and the newer generations descending downwards. This chart is called a family tree because the genealogical formation of an individual usually resembles a tree in shape, being broader at the top than the base. Family trees can have many formats. One might encompass all direct descendants of a single person while another might include all members of a particular last name (for our case, for the example, all descendants of the Fifer-Carles surname).

Below, you may find an example of one of the most famous family trees of all times.

The Spanish Cuisine, One of Richard Fifer’s Favorite

In a few years, the Spanish cuisine has begun to quickly gain popularity standing above the French. According to a group of experts, the words creative, capable of innovation, diverse and tasteful, are among the many adjectives used to describe the dishes created in this part of the world.

When discussing, Spanish cuisine, one must speak of different culinary schools both by region and by professors who lead them. From a man named Arzak who decades ago introduced the “new kitchen” to the strength and thoroughness of Basque cooking which came from a world leader known as Ferran Adria. When speaking of culinary schools, one must also refer to the Spanish regions: Catalan, Navarra, Aragon, Andalusia, Asturias, Extremadura, Murcia, Valencia, Canary Islands, Galicia Madrid and Barcelona just to name a few. Spanish culinary arts are a product of a diversity of cultures, climates, and the history of its people.

As a matter of fact, the history of Spanish cuisine is the story of a continuous exchange of cultures between regions that make up the Iberian Peninsula and a rich legacy of historical relationship with the rest of the world. For more than four hundred years, Spain maintained a privileged relationship with the “New World”. The richness and originality of what we perceive as Mexican cuisine, Argentina, Chilean, Peruvian, Colombian, Venezuelan, Ecuadorian, and Cuban gastronomy, resulted from an exchange in which Spain was the most benefited. Treasured culinary delights such as cocoa, potatoes and coffee were introduced by Spain in the European continent.

Richard Fifer Vision

Carlos Salazar specialist of the mining industry and teacher, called Richard Fifer: “The father of the modern mining industry”.  He introduced the new models of the modern mining industry with the best and friendliest technology to the environment and with a high level of safety.

Richard Fifer besides being a visionary, a geologist and scientist,  was the governor of the Province of Cocle. We can mention some of the projects that Richard Fifer has besides Petarcilla, it’s “La Castilla de Oro”  is a project that purposes to change some of the houses in the villages to hostels of 6 rooms that the owners will be managing in Cocle, Veraguas, Herrera, en la Villa de Los Santos, Nata, San Francisco de la Montaña, Parita, Las Tablas for more tourism, from Spain, Europe, South America and other countriest that are looking forward to learn about our culture and know more about these rural areas.

People who oppose mining activity indicate that this is what does the most harm to the environment, yet these negative comments are a result of lack of information and culture. For not providing the right information, people do not have a good overview of the mining industry.

We can say that Richard Fifer looks for the best geologist to work with; we can mention Ariadne Holmes that right now is in Canada, Carlos Carrasco, Luis Perez Montengro, Ana Mendez and some other specialists that form a study group for their projects.
